Americans seem to suffer from short-term memory loss. When the 2010 elections were held there were many who thought that the Tea Party-backed winners scored a major victory and that the Obama-led far left would be stifled. The fact that John Boehner and the Republicans sold out and renigged on their promise to cap the debt ceiling and cut spending is only one point that I am emphasising today. Paul Ryan was part of that sellout.
In my post Bigger, Sharper Teeth I point out that Romney is no more in favor of limited government than his Democratic Socialist rivals yet Americans still believe that he is the lesser of two evils. Perhaps that is true, but evil in any form is not what I want sitting in the Oval Office. In a recent email I was told that in 2008 a vote for a third-party candidate proved to be futile as Barack (The Usurper) Obama won.
I pointed out the fact that the Supreme Court had ruled in a case that had nothing to do with immigration but the precident was set that deemed that a "natural born citizen" was one whose parents both were American citizens and still most challenges to my post focused only on the fact that it was an immigration case.
Do Americans really know what Constitutional Government really is? Do they understand that the laws written as Unied States Code (USC) and Uniform Commerce Code (UCC) are not constitutional laws? Do they understand that:
Article I, Section 9, Clause 8:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.
And that an Article of Amendment (the original thirteenth) stated:
"If any citizen of the United States shall accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them."
The cause of Article I Section 9 Clause 8 was to prevent a society of nobility from being established in the United States, and to protect the republican form of government from being influenced by any other governments. In particular they feared that the particular title of Esquire, that of a British Barrister, would adversely influence the Legislative Brach by creating laws that were against the very foundations of our nation's sovereignty and the liberty of the people.
Hence we have today the laws of the seas (Admiralty/Maritime Law) as paramount to the United States Constitution (Law of the Land and Law of Nations or Common Law.) This usurpation has been gradual over many decades, but effectual in reducing the person to a fictitious entity and raising a corporation to highest level possible, that above the human individual.
As of today, we have thousands upon thousands of laws that were written in violation of the Constitution and We the People have little or no recourse to amend or correct these blatant atrosities perpetrated upon us. Very few elected representatives speak of such things and with good reason. Most of them are attorneys and hence are members of the Bar Association. They also carry the title of nobility afforded them of Esquire, same as their British Barrister counterparts, and as such they are loyal to the Crown.
I keep repeating that this coming election is the single most important election in american history, for it will without question determine whether the United States will continue to be a free and sovereign nation or become part of a world government, where the rights of the corporation is primary and the individual (You and I) will only be granted privledges or permissions.
The debate on the ratification of the Title of Nobility Amendment is still ongoing today, with many stating that it fell one State shy of becoming law, and that it was never signed by the President. In the oppositions argument they cite Virginia as one of those States that rejected it, but records of Virginia's legislature and their own State Constitution tell a different story. It shows that prior to the War of 1812 this Amendment was ratified by Virginia and was added to the Constitution of the State.
So what does this have to do with electing a President in November? If we elect Romney the answer is nothing as would be true of a second Obama term. However, if We the Peope choose to ignore the parties altogether and make Ron Paul our overwhelming choice to be our 45th President, then it will make all the difference in the world, as Dr. Paul has proved that he will obey the Constitution and be guided by it explicitly.
End the enslavement of America and vote for the right man for the job and not the party favorite son. Or choose to believe that I know nothing about what I am saying and allow the nation to fall completely.
